Introduction
The AI Solutionist is a crossbreed role sitting at the intersection of Business Engineering and Rapid Software Prototyping. The Solutionist is an architect-builder responsible for identifying friction in the business operating model and engineering automated, AI-driven solutions to eliminate it. You will not just "write code"; you will redefine how the organization functions.
Job description
- Business Process Re-engineering: Unpack existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where AI/Automation can provide exponential ROI
- Rapid Prototyping (Vibe Coding): Leverage LLMs and modern frameworks to build, test, and deploy production-ready MVPs at high velocity
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end systems that integrate SQL databases, AI models, and business logic while ensuring they are grounded in security, availability and reliability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between high-level business strategy and technical implementation, translating complex problems into elegant digital products
- Governance & Integrity: Ensure all automated solutions adhere to organizational policies, data privacy standards, and operational guardrails
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field. A Master’s (complete or in progress) is advantageous
- Knowledge of at least one computer programming language is non-negotiable
- You must be comfortable navigating SQL databases and various programming frameworks
- Comfort and familiarity with LLM tech stacks and the ability to use AI tools (Cursor, Replit, LLM Orchestration) to accelerate delivery
- Ability to analyze financial impact, understand operational risk, and prioritize projects based on strategic value
- The "Architect-Builder" Mindset: A refusal to be "just a coder." You take extreme ownership of the solution from the first whiteboard session to the final implementation
